My name is Kenichi Inaba. I have started to work with Cocoro Limited as an intern from 5th May 2014.
Before joining Cocoro, I have been working in an electronic company in Japan as a thermal engineer for projectors and PCs. I also had a one month experience in Vietnam, a consulting project to support social enterprise, Tohe, which is helping disabled children in Vietnam. My support was to consult them on marketing their products; various commodities with print of drawing disabled children have drew.
There are three reasons for me to join Cocoro. First is opportunities to meet and interview social entrepreneurs in Bangladesh. Second is experience of fast business operation of Cocoro as a start-up company. This will give me more challenging opportunities. The last is my skills. I was engaged in a consulting project which taught me of problem-solving skills, such as logical thinking. I believe with these skills, I can make contribution to Cocoro’.
This year, Cocoro will work in full scale on development of a platform to support social entrepreneurs and SMEs in Bangladesh. My task is to develop network of stakeholders in Bangladesh and promote Bangladeshi entrepreneurs to Japan and beyond. I am fully committed to do my best.
