My name is Ryoma Kato. I have started to work with Cocoro Limited as an intern from 18th May 2014.
“Eradicate poverty in Bangladesh” This is my driving force which took me into Bangladesh. I have studied Development Studies at BRAC University since January 2013. I went back to Japan temporarily for seeking my job and I was successfully recruited from a trading company. So now again, I returned to Bangladesh.
My dream is ‘ to launch a business from scratch in developing countries and contribute to the countries’ development together with the local staff ’. Cocoro Limited would give me an opportunity to learn how to manage local staff to consolidate an organization, which is essential to be a good manager. I will also have chances to learn how to conduct research and collecting information.
My job in Japan will start from next April. I will make a good use of this internship and do my best at Cocoro Limited.
